NASSAU (Health & Fitness Journal) – The hearing of former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried in a district court in the Bahamas will be adjourned at 14:15 (1715 GMT) on Tuesday to consider whether the court has jurisdiction over bail, said Chief Magistrate JoyAnn Ferguson-Pratt, who oversaw the hearing.
