Is it true that Maja Salvador asked this amount for her talent fee?

Actress-host Maja Salvador reportedly charged a hefty talent fee for just a simple appearance at an event.

Maja is one of the most versatile actresses of her generation. Apart from playing notable roles, she is also known for her dancing skills and now she is one of the hosts of the longest running lunchtime show Eat Bulaga.

Maja has also ventured into talent management. She and her fiancé Rambo Nunez founded the Crown Artis Agency. Despite having her own talent management company, the actress and presenter is still busy fulfilling her showbiz commitments.

With her star status in the entertainment industry, it follows that her talent fee is also worthy of a star. However, based on entertainment columnist Salve Asis’ article in Pang-Masa, Maja Salvador allegedly asked too much.

“Ayon sa source, almost a million daw ang billing fee nito para sa isan Christmas tree lighting,” Asis said in her article, adding that it’s quite expensive if the presenter only turns on the lights of the Christmas tree.

“Can talent management agencies provide actress Kaya Siguro with a very corporate magazine that charges the actress’ talent fee,” the entertainment columnist said. Then Asis asked how long this type of event will take place. “Anyway, baka naman presyong ayaw ng kampo ni Maja ‘yun?” Ace added. As of this writing, the presenter has not yet responded to this allegation against her.

Meanwhile, Maja Salvador is receiving many positive responses to her Eat Bulaga outreach. Aside from regularly hosting, she is also part of the Batang Hamog group with her co-hosts Maine Mendoza, Miles Ocampo and Ryzza Mae Dizon.

From her Dancing Kween segment, the former Kapamilya star has become a regular Dabarkad.
