(Eagle News) – The number of reported deaths from “Paeng” has risen to 155.
According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council, 121 of the 155 dead have been confirmed.
Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao had the highest death toll at 63, followed by Western Visayas at 32 and Calabarzon at 20.
According to the NDRRMC, 129 injuries were reported.
Meanwhile, damage to agriculture due to “paeng” rose to 2.788 billion pesos.
Damage to infrastructure, meanwhile, was estimated at 4.174 billion pesos.
“Paeng” left the Philippine area of responsibility last week.
